Gina Silverio

Gina is experienced in many aspects of patent and trademark prosecution, fields in which she has worked for over 10 years.

Gina worked as a Patent Examiner at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, where she examined applications as a member of the Mechanical Engineering art unit (formerly art unit 3741). After leaving the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, she joined the intellectual property law firm of Thomas, Kayden, Horstemeyer & Risley, LLP, in Atlanta, Georgia, where she worked as a Patent and Trademark paralegal in addition to serving as a Patent Agent. In her capacity as a Trademark Paralegal, she has extensive experience in performing trademark clearance searches.
